OFCCP Compliance

Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) is responsible for ensuring that contractors doing business with the Federal government do not discriminate and take affirmative action. Both the Enterprise Wide and On-Demand versions allow for OFCCP reporting. If enabled, all resume searches will be saved along with their results for audit purposes only. Also, all items related to OFCCP compliance will be displayed such as input fields on job form and Affirmative Action reports.
